About Ghee Melting Vat
- Material & Build: Constructed with a food-grade Stainless Steel shell to ensure strict hygiene compliance, anti-corrosion, and easy sanitation.
- Jacketed Structure: Features a triple-layer or double-jacketed insulation wall. The heating medium flows entirely inside the jacket to provide uniform, indirect heat dispersion, which prevents the settled milk fat solids from scorching or sticking.
- Agitation Mechanism: Equipped with a slow-speed top-mounted motor and scraping blades (often lined with Teflon/PTFE). Continuous stirring prevents caramelized residue crusting at the boundaries
- Tilting vs. Non-Tilting: Available as either a fixed body with a bottom conical drain valve or a manual/gear-driven tilting structure that rotates up to 90 for quick pouring and fast residue clearance.
- Gas-Fired System: Most common for this size. Fitted with high-efficiency commercial LPG/PNG burners directly underneath the insulated boiler jacket, allowing fast temperature climbs up to 110C120C.
- Electric System: Built with deep immersion heaters (typically 12kW to 18kW configurations) for precise temperature tracking without relying on external fuel lines.
- Steam Heated System:Requires connection to a mini external steam boiler to cycle hot steam directly into the jacket lines
